The cars are organized at Veteran's Memorial Park and then led in Police escorted caravans to downtown Culver City where the show is held. This photo is of the third caravan arriving just before 8AM.

The building in this part of Culver City date from the 1920s so this could almost be a scene from the 1950s. There are a few give aways that this is a contemporary photo, two are URLs on the windows and the credit card parking meters. The phone numbers with area codes is another give-away since in the 1950s the whole county of Los Angeles was covered by the 213 area code and phone number were typically listed with the first two digits as letters.
