            Qatari Nationals get free Watar and Electricity Supply to their houses, so, many of them have taps fixed to the outside wall of their houses to provide people with a free source of drinking water.  Every day you'll see people standing at taps like these to get a bottle full of water.  

Qatari's and other people living in this part of the world aren't always socially aware of the poverty that can be seen around them - but this small act is one of the things that makes you realise that the problem with Qatar isn't actually the Qataris!
