From Kolob Reservoir Road, Zion National Park

I'm having some fun with infra-red photography this week too. I borrowed an IR-converted Canon Powershot G9 (thanks Rae!) and this is a two-shot stitch taken with it. The camera takes colour IR images but I typically prefer monochrome results. In this case, however, I kept some of the colour and adjusted the white balance to make the snow (in the foreground) white. This resulted in the rock becoming rather strangely purple so I lowered the purpleness, yielding a rather pleasing sepia-like result.
