Double Winged Burrito - a photo on Flickriver

            Seven degrees and the wind blowing and no sign of catching supper this evening.  

By the look on the Heron's face (all you see is feathers and a head) he might have been colder than me.  

An hour later I gave up on him and headed back to the SUV - I guess I was colder.

I do have some prior shots of him walking on thin ice that I'll post later on - they're more comical than a Big WOW.
