Septon Bokeh - a photo on Flickriver

Septon Bokeh

            Voigtländer lenses nowdays are known as cheaper lenses for Lieca cameras. Especially Nokton line of lenses. 
But in the mid XX century Vogtländer made some of the most sophisticated cameras and a line of lenses that were competing with Leica an Zeiss. When Zeiss bought Voigtländer they used those as a base for developing some of best known Zeiss lenses. Ultron developed in Planar. Color Skopar become new  version of Tessar.
But some as Skopagon and Septon were probably too advanced but too slow for the time and when Voigtlander stoped production of Bessamatic and Ultramatic cameras they stooped producing those too. 
Skopagon is rare and out of my budget so I saw just some images made with it. Looks like excellent lens.
Septon is 7 elements in 5 groups design. There is ongoing discussion is it evolution of Ultron or Nokton. My vote goes to Nokton.
Septon is not regarded as bokeh monster and it is not. But, it is very fine and, I would say, versatile bokeh lens.
