When the ICE Came to Town (1) - a photo on Flickriver

            The Germans brought one of their ICE trains to St Pancras on the 19th Oct to advertise forthcoming services through the Channel Tunnel in 2013(!) I went along in my Lunch Break thinking I'd get a few shots and was suitably disgusted by the way that DB had almost seemed to have gone out their way to obsure the ICE from anyone who wasn't an invited guest or the 'media'. Including erecting obstacles or things to obscure it from any angle other than being on the platform itself the other side of the glass. In one instance one of their film camera men was trying to usher me out of the way because I was 'in his shot'!
