244/365 Running fan - a photo on Flickriver

            Shot on iPhone 5.
Had a great Father's Day and a great Bridge to Brisbane. I didn't run a PB in the 10km - missed it by 12 seconds but still did a 50:00 which was all I had the legs for today. Ran a fast first 5km and suffered for it in the second half. 
I had hoped to run 49 minutes but that's running for you - all you can do is your best on the day and train better next time.
Meanwhile Anna had a great 10km. Then Meggie and I ran the 5km and Meg smashed her PB by about 7 minutes with a 34:09. That's it for the running season for me - now I just have to keep some vague fitness until next year....

Aside from this woman lost in thought as she gazes at one off those fans that blow water mist on you, in comments is one of some people crossing the line. I like how everyone deals with those last few steps in different ways.
