            I came across a wildflower in the open space that I haven't noticed before.  This has really cool flowers on it!  I came home and did a search to identify it and was very surprised that it is Showy Milkweed! I generally see them after they have blossomed and have the giant puffy seedheads. How beautiful they are at this flowering stage!
