Meteor over Sierra Nevada - a photo on Flickriver

            There were a lot of meteors tonight, but I saw the biggest, brightest, longest one I've ever seen, and it was right in the middle of my shot!

The trees along the bank of the lake are being lit by lights in the parking lot at Diaz Lake and the Sierra is being lit by the moon rising to the east.
