Dusk Overlooking Harpers Ferry - a photo on Flickriver

            Taken at 2045 hrs, about an hour after sunset. 
What you see here from Loudoun Heights above Harpers Ferry at the confluence of raging Potomac and Shenandoah River is a scene unlike any other! A westbound passenger train moves right to left on the bridge and makes its station stop and continues on. *Notice the red lights along the Harpers Ferry riverbank side, those are the trailing lights of the train as it makes its way west along the river. Secondly an eastbound coal train left to right marches across and enters Harpers Ferry Tunnel under Maryland Heights *opposite river bank* At the base of the heights is Sandy Hook Rd which was the original railraod right of way and then of course the town itself!
