The rhododendrons are in full bloom along the Appalachian Trail on the Roan Highlands. This panorama shows the view from Grassy Ridge and was stitched together from 22 portrait format images using Photomerge in Photoshop CS5. Of course it is best viewed at original size - it may take a while to load on a slow connection though as it is a 6.5 MB file!
