Dusk, on an abandoned farm east of Denver. So many forgotten places like this exist on the great plains of America. The population of farmers in the US was around 30 million in the 1920's, now it is closer to 6.

The stars come out early on the cold dark plains. I left the tripod and did some multiple exposures to get the effect here...

Hope you like it because this is one of the shots I entered into a photo contest recently (I'll post the other one next, they are supposed to be a 2 picture narrative so let me know what you think).
