This was taken with my Samsung S21 Galaxy 5G phone from the window of a Shinkansen bullet train speeding from Tokyo to Kyoto.

I wouldn't call this one of my carefully composed masterpieces. I was just rapidly shooting and hoping for the best. But of the dozen or so images I snapped before the mountain disappeared behind that one on the left, I really like this. The clouds are pretty neat too. And you don't see the solid wall alongside the train tracks or the cables which are evident along a lot of the journey, so it's almost as if the shot was framed.

This pretty much almost makes up for the fact that Mt. Fuji was under a cloud cover when the bus tour got up close with the mountain, and we didn't even get to the places we were going to see because of the weather.

This was two days after the bus trip, on the commute from Tokyo to Kyoto on the bullet train.
