Great Skipton Santa Fun Run 2017

            Santas of all ages completed the 2017 Great Skipton Santa Fun Run in front of a crowded Skipton.

Each year the event, organised by The Rotary Club of Skipton Craven, gets bigger and bigger. 

The run takes place with the help of officers from Skipton Town Council and from Craven District Council and in addition to many of the runners’ own charities, the main beneficiaries this year will be Sue Ryder Manorlands, Children’s Heart Unit at LGI, Yorkshire Cancer Research and Rotary’s own charities.

Many local businesses, organisations and schools use the event to raise money for their own charities.
