Sewing Room Swap 2 Inspiration. - a photo on Flickriver

Dear partner - I think you rock. I hope you really relax into this swap and enjoy the process. Please know that would make me happiest of all. I want you to be happy.

Apologies that it is a small mosaic. I'm traveling this month. I'm always traveling, so any sort of travel sewing kits or organizers would be tops. In any case, my internet is spotty and I'm afraid I could only manage a small mosaic. Please see my favorites in Flickr if you are stumped. In lieu of a useful mosaic, I thought I better write a lot to help you.

This mosaic is more about mood than actual projects. So I'll mention that as well. I could really do with travel kits, needle kits, a thread catcher, baskets for the sewing room or organizers and pouches of all sizes. I could also use warm socks, wrist warmers or house slippers, if by chance you want to knit or make that sort of thing. My feet are size xs-small (kids 3 or US 5). Maybe some bunting or a cushion cover, if that's what you like to do? Hopefully that gives you a few ideas?

(I'm squared away for ironing board covers, sewing machine covers and mini-quilts -- apologies if that's what you wanted to make. )

I'm pretty utilitarian in my style and not very soft spoken in decorating. I tend towards saturated things in my home.

I hope that hasn't been too prescriptive. I really want you to relax and enjoy sewing. I think you are tops. Thank you for being my partner.
