Lilliput House, 7 Alington Road, Evening Hill, Lilliput, Poole, Dorset

Standing on land that was bought from the Rt Hon Henry Gerard, Baron Alington, Lilliput House was begun in 1891 and completed by the Rev Henry George Watkins in 1894 on part of what was the Flag Farm estate (originally Lilliput Farm). Locally listed it underwent various minor alterations but has just undergone a major conversion into into two state-of-the-art townhouses and an additional third home.
