A KENNETH HALLIWELL COLLAGE - a photo on Flickriver

            This is a Kenneth Halliwell collage which, I suspect, very few people have ever seen. Thanks to the current owner who has given us permission to post this reproduction. Here is some information about the collage which is approximately one metre high and is probably worth between £2,000 and £3,000:
"The collage was bought by my mother about 15 years ago from an elderly lady living in Walthamstow (London E17) who was given it by her neighbour, an elderly man, (he had recently died) living alone whom she used to help out and run errands for. He gave her the collage as a thank you. She said that he personally knew Halliwell and Orton and it was given to him by them. Unfortunately we don't have his name. As far as I know there is no title although the back has never been removed so it's possible that there may be something in there (sounds like it would be typical of them)."
