Bolton, ex-Victoria Mill - a photo on Flickriver

Victoria Mill, Chorley New Road, Horwich, Bolton, Lancashire BL6 6ER.
This is the only remaining part of Victoria Mill, Horwich, Lancs, near Bolton, built in 1903-4. The mill was operated by W T Taylor (1848 - 1925) who were "the largest manufacturers of towels in the British Empire" and the second largest worldwide. The mill remained in use until 2007, when it was demolished. The doorway now still stands on its own.
