PSA @ the Blue Hour... - a photo on Flickriver

It was a gloomy Saturday evening as we attempt to capture the Port of Singapore Authority at the Blue Hour. Lucky thing it didn't pour but the dull sky makes shooting a little daunting. Good thing there is "Topazlab" to the rescue.

Here is an interesting tutorial on "Topaz" which may be worth a look at. It's about fixing severe under-exposed images with "Topazlab Denoise"
