In Memoriam

            Walking along Penarth Pier, you will notice along the edges nearest the railings, small metal plates set into the floor. They mostly go unnoticed as most peoples attention is taken up by either the view, the chip shop or the ice cream shop. Most of these plates have become tarnished but some occaisionally polished up in memory.
