MYSTERY LOCATION (probably Europe 1953 Tour)

            The photo above was probably taken during a 1953 bus tour of Europe; below is some background about that tour, which may be of assistance in identifying the exact location: 

Having crossed the Atlantic from Quebec City, Canada to Southampton, UK by way of a 7-day voyage aboard the Cunard Line's steamship R.M.S. Samaria, one of our family members took a coach tour around parts of Europe in Summer 1953; one of several Europe tour packages organized by 'Blue Cars (Continental) Ltd.' 

Our family member chose the 6 countries 29-day tour, as shown by the brochure scan I have included a link to below, beginning August 14th. 29 days might seem a but grueling for a bus tour, but that was the shortest tour: one of the Blue Cars tours was for 55 days !! That one included Scandinavia.
The tour begins with a couple of days touring London and nearby, then by train to Harwich for the ferry to Hook of Holland, to begin the mainland Europe segment, ending in Paris. 

Some of her photos, such as this one, are a MYSTERY as I don't know where they are taken. There are some visible clues, so I'm hoping someone can identify the locations.
