Stored locomotives at York 50A - a photo on Flickriver

            Amongst the stored locomotives at York shed on 26th July 1965 were 92005 (tender at left), V2 number 60895, V2 number 60963 and A1 60152 "Holyrood" but with nameplates removed. 60963 and 60152 were already withdrawn, both in June 1965. 92005 was withdrawn in August 1965 shortly after the picture was taken but 60895 remained in stock until October 1965. Note that both the V2 class locomotives still retained their inside steam pipes (71 of the original 184 were modified with outside steam pipes).
