Beyond the Barbed Wire - a photo on Flickriver

            Understandably, it is not possible to get too close to Britain's aircraft carriers from the landward side and so photographs are very restricted. Separating casual observers and photographers is a well guarded perimeter topped by barbed wire. This is the aft island of HMS Prince of Wales looming high above the surrounding security and displaying the "Prince's Feathers" motif or "Fleur de Lys". 3rd December 2019.
