I visited Disneyland today. It was very hot (100 F) with a light crowd, which was surprising since this is a holiday (Labor Day) weekend. 

They had the Star Wars: The Last Jedi merchandise everywhere. I got a few OE pins (R2-D2 with Porgs, Poe with BB-8, Rey with Luke) and two 3D LE 5000 pins (R2-D2 and BB-8). I really liked the 3D pins, which looked like gold medallions. 

From WonderGround Gallery, I got a Small World tumbler, with artwork by Jerrod Maruyama. I'm using it right now with a cool drink. I also got the latest LE 3000 Doorways to Disney pin, for Pirates of the Caribbean. I also got the old OE pin of Flynn tied up with Rapunzel's hair, to be paired with the upcoming Designer set. Finally, from World of Disney, I got a very nice Santa Jack nutcracker which also features Zero, and a posable hat. It was also sold last year, but I didn't get one at that time because they sold out very quickly.

I took a ride on the Disneyland Railroad for the first time since they stopped the ride due to the Star Wars Land construction last year. They have a refurbished and updated Primeval World Dinosaurs diorama, that I recorded on a short video, which I will post shortly. I had fried chicken and strawberry shortcake at Plaza Inn, then left for home. The Star Wars Land construction now shows the skeletons for the towers, which are going to look awesome when they put the shells on.
