            The Beauty and the Beast Enchanted Rose Jewelry Box by Jakks Pacific.  I purchased this from ToysRUs for $19.99.  It plays the theme music to the live action Beauty and the Beast movie, about 7 seconds in Try Me mode (while it's in the box), and about 20 seconds in full music and light mode.   It is well made and a very good value.  

The rose petals open up when you open the jewelry drawer, and the lights and music start playing.  Alternatively, you can touch the button just above the drawer to get the lights and music going.  There is also a lights only mode, where the rose lights up and flickers for 5 minutes, or until you touch the button again.  Its overall dimensions are 5 inches in diameter and 9 inches high.  The rose is about 4 inches high and 1.5 inches in diameter closed and 2.5 inches opened.   The bell jar cover does not come off.  It is about the right size for a scene with a 17 inch Belle doll.
