Disneyland Visit 2016-12-16 - Downtown Disney - AMC Theatre Lobby - LA Beauty and the Beast Promo

            In the lobby of the DTD AMC Theatres, there was a large 3D cardboard promo for the live action Beauty and the Beast.  It will open in theatre on March 17, 2017.

Disneyland visit on Friday, December 16, 2016.  It was sunny, after being rainy earlier in the day. I had wanted to go on Thursday, but it was raining hard and the traffic was very messy, so I postponed my visit one day. I got the Winter 2016 Belle pin (LE 2000, $12.99), and a couple of other LE pins. I also got a kid's Belle outfit for my 38 inch Belle doll. I will post photos of that dress shortly.

DLR has a new security arrangement that was implement on Thursday. The security checkpoints are now at the exit from Mickey and Friends parking structure and at the exit from the Downtown Disney parking lot. This means that DTD will now be secure, and you can pass between the Parks and DTD without having to go through security. The lines in front of the security checkpoints were much shorter than when they were at the entrance to the Parks from DTD. So I like this new arrangement.
