            Tonight I am playing the blues… 

It is a lifetime dream of mine to learn to play Joe Satriani’s self-titled album released in 1995.  It is a very blues-based album- absolutely brilliant and passionate.  I’ve blogged about it at least once in every year I’ve been doing a 365 project.

Tonight I have the blues because my 2-week vacation got cut short.  It was my call, but the needs of the business come first for me, and I really feel I need to be at the office come Tuesday.  One of my Supervisors lost her father last Christmas, and now her father-in-law.   Been missing my parents and my daughter, and have overall been sad about a lot of things…

What a perfect night for the blues.  

P.S. This Les Paul is a vintage Paul made between 1978 and 1982… still sounds beautiful and can belt out really thick, fat, blues tones!
