1Q53 at Eastleigh on an early return

            Following an AWS fault on 37254, the 1Q53 was stopped at Woking to allow 37099 to return the train to Eastleigh Arlington for attention. Arriving some 1.5 hours early 37099 hauls the consist south. Upon arrival 37254 was immediately detached for repairs. 37099 continued solo later in the day, before 37254 was re-united the following day. Coincidence that the same service with 37254 (then in intercity livery) got into problems in May 2016 and had to be returned back to base? Image captured on 10 May 2017.
