UDINE. PIAZZA MATTEOTTI - a photo on Flickriver

Dal 20 al 24 ottobre, Udine ha ospitato Ein Prosit, con degustazioni guidate, laboratori dei sapori e cene stellate che hanno visto coinvolti 25 chef di fama internazionale.
In cinque giorni 70 eventi, fra cui le cui cene che hanno visto protagonisti i grandi chef, le degustazioni, gli incontri, i laboratori e le masterclass, presieduti da note personalità del panorama giornalistico enogastronomico, operatori di settore ed alcuni tra i migliori cuochi di fama internazionale.
In piazza San Giacomo, o Matteotti secondo le guide turistiche, sono stati esposti dei totem con raffigurate le effige dei cuochi partecipanti creando un bellissimo effetto colorato.

EIN PROSIT 2022

From 20 to 24 October, Udine hosted Ein Prosit, with guided tastings, flavor workshops and starred dinners that involved 25 internationally renowned chefs.
In five days 70 events, including dinners with great chefs as protagonists, tastings, meetings, workshops and masterclasses, chaired by well-known personalities from the food and wine journalistic scene, sector operators and some of the best chefs in international fame.
In Piazza San Giacomo, or Matteotti according to the tourist guides, totems with the effigies of the participating chefs were displayed, creating a beautiful colored effect.
