            Story goes Winchester won it off ol' Buckshot Morricone at the tables. Other story says Buckshot was shot for accusing a man of cheating. Either way, it's in the hands of the meanest, surliest cur this side of the Nironian Belt. If you can afford his prices, you can take all the water you can carry. If you try to cheat him - there's a lot of freshly turned up ground out back...

Ever since I got a tan baseplate after meaning to get one for years, I've wanted to do a larger techwest build. I liked the idea of a dastardly rogue claiming his stake on one of the few fresh water access points in a territory.  The backdrop was a random grab... like usual, no problem to take it down at the owner's request.
