WCR 1Z24 'Lune Rivers Trust' crosses Clapham Viaduct over the River Wenning 75' late with SR Bullied 8P MN 35018 'British India Line' 26th Sept 2020 ©

This became a case of déjà vu as in September 2017 on the same railtour 35018 slipped to a stand causing long delays, today it did the same again not once but several times causing the 75' late pass at Clapham. However having now cleared the steeply graded slippery rails by Clapham and a speedy water stop at Hellifield, it left there in good fettle. With all the signals in its favour and now showing what a class 8P can do it passed Skipton only 42' late, Leeds City 17' late and stopped at York to set down passengers only 12' late before proceeding on to its final destination for the day, Scarborough.
