Piles of timber in Pump Court, York - a photo on Flickriver

            Not far from finishing the drawing of Pump Court while undergoing restoration. The timber in the foreground is probably destined for reuse within the buildings that have been partially demolished. I was delighted to find that one of the 1950s workmen had parked their bicycle by the scaffolding,Charly visible in the published photograph I used for reference.
