John Ratey, psichiatra della Harvard Medical School, in uno dei suoi primi trattati, racconta di pazienti che dopo un anno di “cicloterapia” guarirono dalla depressione, e da allora tutti gli scienziati che per anni hanno studiato i benefici dell’utilizzo della bicicletta come mezzo di trasporto e divertimento, sono concordi nel dire che pedalare fa bene, diminuisce lo stress e regala felicità!
Non ci resta altro da fare contro lo stress: pedalare:-)))!!
