New Hope In The Shade - a photo on Flickriver

The "New Hope" rhododendron located in Homestead Park in University Place, Washington is of the pink variety. I have found that the red tones show up more prevelantly in the sun than in shade where it mutes that a bit. If you ask me, both are lovely colorations, lol.
