Wildflowers Near Second Mesa - a photo on Flickriver

I've decided to make this Wildflower Weekend for my friend, Kahlee Brighton who is recovering from hip surgery. I call her the Wildflower Goddess as she takes such stunningly beautiful pictures and is so knowledgeable about them. Please take the time to see her photostream as you won't be disappointed.

I have a lot of shots of wildflowers, but I usually don't post many because I'm really not very good at shooting them. I found this spread while on the road between Steamboat and Keam's Canyon, AZ. I saw them everywhere in Eastern New Mexico and Northern Arizona and finally found a spot that showed them off where I could also pull over. From the book I have I believe these are called Coyote Mint, but if anyone knows for sure you can correct me.

I've put these and a few others in my To Texas and Back Again and Wildflowers Everywhere sets and would appreciate if you took the time to look and let me know what you think.
