Bentley 4 1/2 Litre 'Blower Bentley' Convertible Coupe 1930 - James Bond

            A rather long title, but this Lego miniland model is a build of Novelist Ian Fleming's secret agent hero - James Bond. Although never directly used in any of the motion picture films, the novels featured a Bentley 4 1/2 litre, finished in Battleship grey, and bodied as a Convertible Coupe.

Some references date the car as a 1933, though the Blower Bentleys ceased production in 1930 (also referenced). Some references also note a 'Bentley MkIV' - also not a real production model.

Pictured with the model is the legendary spy himself, James Bond, tastefully dressed for an evening of mischief.

Built to celebrate Flickr LUGNuts 34th build challenge - 'The Scuzz and theFuzz!' - for criminal cars that run from the law, and the law enforcers that chase them.
