River Thames: Godetia - a photo on Flickriver

            Belgian Navy support ship Godetia sailing up the River Thames and passing Coalhouse Point. It is now past what, less than 200 years ago, would have been a particularly dangerous place for any naval incursion: 3 massively built and heavily armed forts all aimed at concentrating fire on hostile ships...all since closed and disarmed.
Godetia, too, is no longer in service.
