Snow and Shadows

            Love the patterns the tree trunks and shadows on a bright winter day.  The low angle of the sun creates beautiful light through the trees even near midday. It was -20C (about 5 below) and bright walking in Mill Creek Ravine. The sun was warm enough to stop and take a few pictures with my little Olympus. The shadow lines converge on a vanishing point in this view.
