Limber pines in black and white - a photo on Flickriver

            The Limber pines in the Bull Creek Hills of the Highwood River valley have such depth of character, roots deep in the rock, limbs twisting in chinook winds, lightning struck and snow bound. Tenacious sentinels overlooking the valley- now weathered old snags enjoying the view.
