Milky Way - Badwater Basin - a photo on Flickriver

            In hindsight I realized that going a bit further, or at least finding a nearby spot with less messy salt flats would have resulted in a better foreground than this one which looks like stormy seas.
On the positive side, standing around in Badwater Basin on a warm night (It was 104 when we got back to the truck) is a better way to get this effect than going out to sea on a dark and stormy night!
