MORRAL MAYA TODOS SANTOS 1983

            Lo compré en una pulga en California, en 1983.  Tejido por hombres (y algunas mujeres) por Crochet.  La correa se hizo en en telar de cintura. Ya no hacen los diseños geométricos  que se ven aquí, ahora hacen patos, flores grandes, ya no diseños geométricos.  Esto es muy tradicional pero ahora lo cambian a cada rato.  100%  algodón comercial.  

Crocheted purse, backstrap loom woven strap,  Very traditional style, no longer made this way.  Nowadays they are all wool and the styles and colors change constantly.
