Eisvogel / Kingfisher - a photo on Flickriver

            Die Eisvögel, die ich vor etwa 2 Wochen fotografieren konnte haben mittlerweile Ihre Nisthöhle aufgegeben und sind umgezogen. Es war nur mit dem Fernglas möglich, Sie bei Ihren Flugübungen an einem See zu beobachten. Zum Glück konnte ich eine neue Stelle am Bach entdecken und ein paar Aufnahmen machen. Diese hier entstand um ca. 9.30 Uhr, als das Morgenlicht die mir gegenüberliegende Uferseite erreichte. 

The kingfishers that I was able to photograph about 2 weeks ago have now given up their nest box and have moved. It was only possible to observe them during their flight exercises at a lake with binoculars. Luckily I was able to find a new spot on the creek and take some pictures. This one was taken at around 9:30 am, when the morning light reached the opposite side of the river from me.
