Milwaukee Road Depot, Wausau, Wis. - a photo on Flickriver

            I finally was able to stop by the famous Wausau passenger depot, which faithfully served the Milwaukee's Chippewa Hiawatha for decades, and was used by Walthers as a guide for one of their model kits.  

A craft brewery (what else?) uses the depot these days.  Across the street is the Hiawatha Lounge.  I've read that the track on the other side of the building is still used for freight service.
