Audubon's Warbler juvenile - a photo on Flickriver

            A very confusing-looking, drab, extremely juvenile Audubon's Warbler, bathing at the pond at the Curry Preserve on Lummi Island, WA, August 3, 2023. 
During the dry weeks of late summer, this vanishing water source can attract a wide variety of forest birds, with especially good opportunities to view less frequently observed juveniles, immatures, and females.
