"Closing Light - CN 8955" - a photo on Flickriver

            On April 16th, 2024, i made my last outing in London before i returned home fornthe Summer. The day was me biking back and forth to different locations, getting some bucket-list shots and seeing the variety of trains and motive power was quite fun.

As the light began to fade, CN P276 flys under the searchlight gantry at London Jct with a solo M-2 leading a fresh new charger set from Siemens. Initially, a UP AC44 from California would lead the train until Battle Creek, when it was swapped out with the M-2. The delivery set made it out to Toronto in the dark hours, so it was good timing that it was under final light was a good way to close off my first time in London. Many adventures have occured through the last eight months. From train chases to exotic leaders, London was quite the hectic location after my time in Brampton. I will be posting many leftovers of my time in London over the coming days.
