23/01/2022 De Class 66 513-10 van Railtraxx in Hoeselt.

            Omstreeks 16:00 komt Railtraxx Class 66 513-10 door in Hoeselt met een containertrein vanuit Zeebrugge bundel Zwankendamme met bestemming Aken West (Z40653).

De Class 66 loc 513-10 heeft al een heel ruim verleden.
Zijn bekendste verhaal begon bij Lineas, hier werd de loc  gedoopt als zogenaamde 'Black beautie" en had de zwarte livrei met lineas logo op de zijkant. Na enkele technische problemen en een half jaar in de werkplaats reed de class 66 terug, maar Lineas doorbrak enkele weken later het leasing contract. 
De loc kwam terug bij de leasingmaatschapij 'Beacon", en kreeg terug de neutrale grijze kleur.
Enkele dagen later was de loc plots terug op het Belgische spoorwegnet, de loc werd in proef genomen door Crossrail.
Dit contract werd een kleine maand later terug doorbroken en de loc kwam dan bij Railtraxx terecht.
Waar de loc op dit ogenblik nog altijd vertoeft, hij kreeg een blauw en gele bestickering door Beacon. De loc is ondertussen al uit de proefperiode en wordt gehuurd door Railtraxx.
