Reflections on a Blue Sky Morning - a photo on Flickriver

            As every photographer knows, despite the body begging for more sleep, the best time to photograph a tourist destination is early, early morning.

So I grabbed my camera and stumbled into the morning.  I hoped for clouds but the sky was a crystaline blue ... so be it ... let's take advantage of it and I found a wonderful reflection in the beautiful setting of Annecy before anyone else arrived.

Annecy is the main town on a beautiful lake with amazing views all around and a delight to breathe in and photograph.  The lake is so clear and very warm.

Here we see the entrance to the Olde Towne from the park on the beach.

There were no clouds this morning, so I couldn't enhance the sky ... and the colours of the water and buildings were already drenched so most of all ... I left the photograph as it was born.
