Ring Rusty......again - a photo on Flickriver

Holy Island, Northumberland UK

I had a goal this visit to shoot the old pier near Lindisfarne castle. The tide had been wrong last visit so I planned my visit to arrive shortly before the causeway closed.

I headed over to the old pier to get a 'Fine Art' image and came across the rings I shot last time www.flickr.com/photos/184798091@N07/52356990292/in/album-...

I thought I'd give it a go shooting them in a different direction and as foreground with the old pier in the background. Obviously this meant focus stacking and as it was just rock and water I went for 20s exposures to smooth out the water.

If I'm honest I'm in two minds about the image so won't be offended if I get negative comments but decided I would post it alongside the 'Fine Art' image.
