Yellow-necked mouse 2 - a photo on Flickriver

            Apodemus flavicollis.
The more I look at these mice, the more convinced I become that they are the yellow-neck sort, and not just ordinary Wood mice.

The book says 'slightly larger and brighter than Wood mouse,paler below;chest spot usually large,sometimes forming collar.
Head and body 90-100mm,tail 90-135mm,hind feet 23-26mm,ear 16-20mm.

Now all I need to do is catch one to make the measurements!!
