Moulin d'Omer à Cucugnan (Aude) ....

            ..... et son magnifique paysage. 
Le Moulin d'Omer domine le village de Cucugnan. Il a été réhabilité en 2003 et remis en exploitation en 2006.
Sur place, l'activité de meunerie, uniquement dédiée aux variétés anciennes de blés biologiques, permet de confectionner dans le fournil adossé au moulin, pains, biscuits et autres brioches. Ce fournil est équipé d'un four à bois en argile, pesant plus de 30 tonnes, dont l'activité est visible à tout moment de la journée
